Job Description:
- Oversee daily plant operations and ensure smooth production
- Monitor machinery, equipment, and workflow efficiency
- Assign tasks to workers and supervise their performance
- Maintain production schedules and quality standards
- Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed
- Coordinate with management for manpower and resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workers and shift operations
- Track production output and prepare reports
- Identify issues and implement solutions
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Basic knowledge of plant operations
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
